A2DK Agro Commodities is a supplier of single-origin agro commodities — including vanilla and cocoa products — based in Andhra Pradesh, India. All orders are processed through our Shopify storefront.

2. Products

Our products are natural food ingredients intended for culinary, professional, and commercial use. Product descriptions, grade specifications, and origin information are provided in good faith based on sourcing data available at the time of listing.

Natural products may exhibit variation in colour, aroma, and appearance across batches. Such variation is inherent and does not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
• Payment is processed securely via Shopify's payment platform. We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI.
• GST and applicable taxes are included in the displayed price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Orders and Fulfilment

An order is confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — in such cases a full refund will be issued promptly.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, seasonality, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

5. B2B and Bulk Orders

Business-to-business and bulk orders submitted via our inquiry form are subject to a separate written agreement confirming quantities, pricing, delivery terms, and payment schedule. No B2B order is binding until both parties have confirmed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, copy, and branding — is the property of A2DK Agro Commodities and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or website is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
