1. Eligibility for Refunds

Because our products are natural perishable food ingredients, we accept refund or replacement requests only in the following circumstances:

• The product arrives visibly damaged or contaminated.
• The product is significantly different from what was described (wrong variety, origin, or grade).
• The product arrives past its best-before date.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@a2dkagrocommodities.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Photographs showing the damage or defect.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible. We reserve the right to request additional information before processing a claim.

3. Resolution Options

Once your claim is verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• A replacement shipment at no additional charge.
• A full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

4. Non-Eligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly.
• Minor natural variations in colour, aroma, or appearance (inherent to natural food products).
• Delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.

5. B2B and Bulk Orders
